Tibetan singing bowls have been used in Buddhist monasteries for over 500 years — for meditation, healing, and ceremonial practice. Each bowl is hand-hammered from a traditional seven-metal alloy by skilled craftspeople in Nepal and Tibet. The process cannot be automated. It cannot be rushed.
